The Lighthouse Captain Todd Executive Suite

Designed after a Chesapeake Bay style lighthouse, this conference room is truly one of a kind. It has the ability to host twenty people for a conference style meeting or up to forty in a more social cocktail setting. Included in this daily rate are flip charts, television with DVD/VCR capabilities as well as a screen for overhead projections. Projectors are available for an additional daily rental. ($299 Daily)
The Boardwalk Conference Room

The epitome of comfort and creativity, this conference room has all the amenities that you would expect from a well appointed board room. Comfortable, adjustable leather chairs, many different table arrangements, overhead projectors, 120” viewable screen, microphones, audio, DVD, and VCR are also included in the rate. This conference room has all the modern conveniences you have come to expect at Smithfield Station. With the ability to comfortably hold groups of ten to forty, our newest and largest conference room is sure to be a hit with your group. Located on the first floor of The Lodge, the front overlooks the marsh before Windsor Castle and the back overlooks the Pagan River. Easily accessible and with many arrangements possible, this room is a perfect conference room. ($299 Daily)
The Library in The Lodge

Located in The Lodge, this picturesque room is ideal for those who just have a core group to grind out the details with. Overlooking the Pagan River and hosting seats for twelve, this room is hard to beat for those looking for a quiet retreat from the everyday. Included in the rental rate are the use of flip charts and our pull down screen. Projectors are available for an additional daily rental fee. ($85 half day/ $150 full day
The Restaurant at Smithfield Station
100 seated capacity
For larger events, the Restaurant at Smithfield Station is available. Enjoy this intimate setting with beautiful wrap-around views of the Pagan River and our award-winning food. Pricing is based on menu selection and hours needed.
